Conversation with an Oklahoma City police officer

I was talking to an Oklahoma City police officer today, a very Red state, and a sure Trump voter, and he assured me that Donald Trump did NOT say that people aren't allowed to carry guns on their persons during protests, even though all major news networks, including FOX news and other conservatives, acknowledge that this is exactly what Trump said. He said that this was "fake news", and "AI generated", even though no credible media site, or even Donald Trump, disputes that this is what was said. Law enforcement officers are so brainwashed in the US, that they simply can't accept the possibility that their "commander in chief" could be such a liar and a fool, and be so totally indifferent to the law. Trump is trying to justify the murder of Alex Pretti, because he had a gun on his person, and law enforcement will back Trump up 100%!
