The US military will never permit Trump to destroy NATO, commit war crimes for his own entertainment, and attack the American people. Trump has complained of "insurrection" every time any American politician has dared challenge him. Well, Trump's really got an insurrection this time! National Guard recruiters are now actively encouraging young Minnesotans in schools to join the Minnesota National Guard to defend their families against the predations of Donald Trump's ICE and FBI goons. This is perfectly in line with Governor Tim Walz' mobilization of the Minnesota National Guard to defend the people of Minnesota against ICE, and Donald Trump. There can be no question here that this is sedition and insurrection against the Trump regime, but, since Trump's actions are consistently illegal, the federal government has no way to respond to it. The Courts have already made clear the Trump has no authority to federalize NG's simply because the governor is using them to defend his state -- even against federal law enforcement! Trump is trying to play nice now, because he knows he's really in trouble this time. He knows that Walz doesn't really care if Trump's ridiculous DOJ tries to lay charges against him, he has the 13,000 strong Minnesota National Guard to defend him, as well as most of the other NG's in the nation!
