Which is more beneficial to study, ancient Chinese or Greek history?

I think if I had to choose, I would choose ancient Greek history, because it’s the basis for Western Culture, and, Western culture is still, I believe, the dominant world Culture. However, they are both extremely rich cultures, and, to a large degree they complement each other. The Chinese system emphasized stability and government control, and this led to many advantages for the people. The Greek system was extremely individualistic, and this brought many advantages too, of a rather different type than the controlled Chinese system.
