Laughter in Hell
Is not laughter a flame,
That burns joyfully,
On our happy twilights
And youthful remembrances,
Forging diamonds, rubies, emeralds,
From the white hot sheen
of a demon,
Or the fear of pain,
or the gates of heaven?
